"She rapidly organized my company and helped onboard over 100 people in 6 months. She built every department from the ground up: customer service, HR, medical, content, marketing, sales, tech, QA."

of small business owners work 50+ hours a week.
The business is growing. The system isn't. So the founder fills every gap, takes every meeting, and runs every decision through their own head.
of SMBs pilot AI. Only 25% see real ROI.
Most are running AI experiments. Only a quarter see a measurable operational outcome. The gap is implementation.
You don't have a product problem. You have an operating problem.
Hiring won't fix this. You need more output from the team you already have.
ChatGPT seats nobody uses. LinkedIn advice that hasn't worked. Zero measurable ROI.
AI-Native Fractional COO and Integrator.
Hi, I'm Sheryl. I spent the last decade in operations leadership roles where I helped operationalize businesses and scaled a few along the way. The biggest? A single-provider healthcare practice that went from two people to 130 staff in three months. I built the leadership team and every department from scratch, ran the operations behind seven figures of revenue, and designed customer journeys that drove 90%+ CSAT and hundreds of positive reviews.
For founders running EOS, I show up as your Integrator. I run the L10s, build accountability with scorecards, and own the rocks. For founders who don't speak EOS, the work is the same. I'm the operator who owns the day-to-day so you can stop being the operating system and start running one.
My work sits at three intersections: operations and systems architecture, AI orchestration, and startup scaling. Whichever of those is breaking for you, that's where we start.
AI doesn't fix a broken process. It just speeds it up. So I always fix the root cause first, then automate on top of a system that actually works. Foundations first. Automation second.
Growth doesn't have to mean burnout. You can scale smart, build systems that actually stick, and use AI to multiply your team's output instead of hiring more people every time you hit a wall.
Here's where most AI consulting fails.
They ship a deck. They roll out ChatGPT seats. Then they disappear.
Three months later, you're back where you started.
I work the other way around. Fix the workflow first. Then put AI on top. Foundation first. Automation second.
From your first call to a business that runs itself. Ninety days.

Recent work.
Growing apparel development agency
Five-person team. Six departments. Manual handoffs everywhere. I built a full ClickUp workspace with Spaces for Admin, HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Training. Integrations to HelpScout, Gmail, Dropbox, Google Calendar, and Zapier. Custom Google Apps Script automations for the repeat tasks. The spreadsheets didn't all go away, but every core process is now documented and centralized so the whole team can see what's happening. One source of truth. Real-time visibility. Zero manual handoffs.
Fully-managed ecommerce provider
Contractors across three continents. Onboarding was inconsistent. Turnover was real. I built the full onboarding library (staff handbook, remote work policy, Slack guidelines, checklist) and deployed a self-serve Slack workflow that walks every new hire through the process and surfaces the right documents at the right moment. No manager required. New hires onboard themselves, the same way, anywhere.
Venture studio innovation team
The innovation team needed market intelligence every week. Manual research was eating ten hours. I built sixteen n8n workflows that synthesize industry signals, business thesis opportunities, and new startup concepts. Rendered in a Lovable dashboard. Sent via Resend. Ten hours of research. Five minutes to run.
Wall of appreciation.
Every business owner is looking for an employee like Sheryl. She takes ownership, finds solutions, supports her team, and keeps adding efficiencies. She may turn out to be, as she was for us, your most valuable hire.
Sheryl has a great talent for organizing chaos. She built my business onboarding and offboarding process and turned ideas into reality.
Her learning curve is very short and she is a joy to work with. She has helped me be more organized and has even averted disasters.
Very well organized and committed. Helped to solve some tricky situations for the SEO and later managed team to perform well.
Sheryl was our first and best hire. She is both an ideas person and incredible at execution. During stratospheric growth, she held the company together. Truly a star.
Sheryl is such an asset. With her help I was able to grow my team and build processes critical for scaling.
Being able to trust the work is getting completed has been brilliant. So please do not hire her. We want her all to ourselves.

Three ways to start.
OpsDiagnostics
Two weeks inside. A written diagnostic. Three bottlenecks worth fixing. A clear AI roadmap for your specific business.
OSBuild
Diagnostic plus install. Operations rebuilt. AI on the workflows draining your team. Working AI agent by day 30.
Fractional AI Operator
An embedded AI-native operator. I hold the rocks. I run the rhythm. I evolve your stack as AI evolves.
The questions I get on every first call.
How much does this cost?
OpsDiagnostics starts at $2,500. OSBuild is customized to your business and scoped right after the diagnostic. Fractional AI Operator is retainer-based, sized to your team. I quote the actual number on the intro call so you get something honest, not a placeholder.
How much of my time will this take?
Roughly two hours of your week, plus access to your team. Weeks 1 and 2 are the audit, which means interviews with you and your team to understand how the work actually runs. Weeks 3 and 4 are the build. Once we identify a champion on your team, you don't need to be in every session.
How is this different from a fractional COO?
A fractional COO usually sits inside one company indefinitely. I install the operating system in 90 days and step out. You keep the system. The other difference matters too: I'm AI-native and AI-first. Most fractional COOs are still catching up to AI. I'm already building with it as a core part of how I operate.
Who is this NOT for?
Pre-revenue companies. I solve real operating problems for businesses already generating revenue. Founders looking for a coach. I do offer training, but the real value is in the execution. I actually do the work, not just tell you what to do. Founders comfortable with the status quo. If you don't believe your business can scale further, this isn't the work.
Do I have to use AI?
No. The operating system stands on its own. AI is layered in only where it moves a number for your business.
How fast can we start?
One to two weeks after our first call.
What happens after the 90 days?
You own the system, and I make sure it sticks. Everything is documented in a library with videos, SOPs, and process maps. For 30 days after delivery, you get weekly credits with me for break-fixes, quick check-ins, or extra training. The goal is for the systems to run the way they were designed, and for your team to be set up to keep them that way.
Keep firefighting or install the operating system.
